A design-and-build studio for modern in-ground, semi-inground, and plunge pools — shaped to rocky terrain, coastal light, and the way you actually use your yard.
We run our own excavation fleet, so site prep stays under one roof.
ICF construction holds warmth through cool Island nights.
Rock-anchored semi-inground designs built onto the rock, not through it.
Pools, sport courts, and hardscapes managed as a single project.
Whether your lot is level soil in Central Saanich or a basalt slope in Oak Bay, our structural methods adapt to the site rather than fighting it.

Elevated structural builds that step with natural rock shelves — reducing excavation while creating raised deck entertaining areas.

Structural concrete pools designed for longevity, high thermal insulation, and versatile placement across Island terrain.
Standard concrete pools lose warmth directly into damp Island ground. Our ICF pools use double-layer expanded polystyrene blocks filled with reinforced concrete, providing continuous R-22 insulation.
Sized roughly 10'×16' to 12'×24' for properties in Oak Bay, Fairfield, and Saanich where lot-coverage bylaws are strict. Plunge pools offer soaking, cooling off, and entertaining without consuming the whole yard.
Excavation blasting can add significant cost before the pool even begins. We use engineered rock-anchored semi-inground designs to save time and budget.
Basalt and granite shelves run close to the surface across Oak Bay, Bear Mountain, and Saanich. Standard builders dig deep pits that demand hydraulic hammer attachments or municipal blasting permits.
Our approach: we strip the topsoil, map the rock contour, and drill structural rebar dowels directly into the bedrock with high-strength epoxy — so the pool rests on an immovable geological footing.
Predictable budgets: avoids open-ended rock-hammering rental fees.
Natural retaining structure: the reinforced wall doubles as a retaining barrier for sloped yards.
Built-in seating: a rim rising 18–24" above patio grade becomes casual perimeter seating.
Our fleet handles site evaluation and rock anchoring directly, without third-party equipment markups.

We evaluate lot elevations, soil vs. rock, setbacks, and local tree-protection bylaws (Saanich, Oak Bay, and others).
Every design receives a BC structural engineer seal and a complete submission for municipal building approval.
Our machine fleet scrapes to grade, pins rebar into native rock where encountered, and pours the structural base.
Insulation forms are stacked, plumbed with returns and skimmers, braced, and poured with high-strength concrete.
